Reme was originally going to stay at Amilone, but an injury put an end to her showing career, and since I had her sister, who was very successful in the ring, I decided to part with her. Along came the Hazelton family, who instantly took Reme into their home and hearts. Big Dog her nickname, was quite a character, refusing to be ignored and always gave me a special greeting, whether I wanted it or not! Unfortunately we lost Reme in 2010, she is missed by everyone.

Reme was also the start of a life changing interest in the breed for both Lindsey and Jack, who are now involved in the breed at committee level and breeding litters successfully under their own Cailloch affix.
